Huldufolk

Huldufólk means ‘hidden people’ and they are supernatural beings which are part of Faroese folklore. Huldufólk are said to be tall and pretty, and always dressed in grey. They are neither good nor evil, dislike crosses, churches and electricity, and live in big rocks or mounds.
